Technology Related whatever...

Umm....

Well it says anything. My T.V. is a flat widescreen, I have a cellphone and am comfortabley txting, though it doesn't have a camera. I don't own a digital camera, but am seriously thinking of getting one - it is easier to share photos with and there's so much you can do in setting up things like mosaics. I use my computer at home quite a bit and am gulity of logging into work to check out on things especially if I'm away sick. Gotta work on that work/life balance...
Flickr Mashup

Worked my way through Flickr mashups - tried a few different things before I settled on the Warholizer. T ook the easy way out and used the pictures that were already posted by other elgar peoples. It was a bit slow to work through with the uploads, but finally got there...

Week 3 Flickr....

Coopers Beach - Northland

Found my way around Flickr - lots of cool photos. Uploading the photo on the blog was easy. Spent most of the time wandering around looking at photos.

Coopers Beach is where I spent of lot of my Summer holidays. it's a really beautiful spot. There's so may beaches in Doubtless Bay ranging from beautiful rocky yellow sandy bays to wild strtches of white sand and turquoise sea. love it up there! It's good for the soul. Pity I'm stuck in Auckland on a grim, cloudy, dark Spring? day...
Puheke is one of those wilder beaches..

Week Two

Not quite sure social networking is my thing. The time it takes! Is focus the first thing to go as you get older? or should I say more mature (yeah right). I seem to have the attention span of a gnat.

Bit scary really. Anyhow - so Bebo. I can't quite see what all the fuss is about.
Myspace - I liked this one better, it seemed more intuitive, easy to browse and allowed for some serendipity...

Facebook - found a few people I know, but not quite ready to take the plunge myself. Think I might have another go at this at home, when I have more time...
